Train there staff to be more reliable, and more respectful to the customer. Haven't received my order so at this stage cant answer anymore questions

Late to appointment, incomplete work in fitting day, had to return next day. Returns, completed job then advises that the damaged blind he fitted in the first day cant be fixed as part will take three weeks.

Why fit a damaged blind? Customer services, only resolution, try and contact manufacturer to see if three weeks can be improved on. Compensation £50 on blinds which cost over £1500, plus an additional wait of three weeks. Left all rubbish, so need to do a skip run.

Did not clean up after himself, drilling etc - just poor. Never use them again!!!

Absolutely appalling I have had no product fitted dispute taking the full cost.Still waiting for fitting date which was 20/3/2024. I am having to chase the company to get answers! I am absolutely disgusted with the service!
