not only did I wait one whole day and he promised to come the following at £:00 pm he arrived at %:00 pm . The installation is awful , it won't hold at all because it's crooked and he broke my wall .go to another company

I had to cancel my order of £2900 worth of goods from Hillarys due to unforseen circumstances

I paid in full on the day of home visit for measurements and had to cancel my order, I cancelled via email and was very clear I didn't want any hard sell I needed to cancel, I was assured a refund within 5 to 10 working days. I'M STILL WAITING 18 DAYS LATER AND HAVING CALLED IT STILL HASN'T BEEN Authorized.

SHOCKING Behavior. I had full intentions of having the shutters done just later but won't use Hillary's every again.

One of the blinds has come apart from the frame, and it sticks,loose "string and blinds made out of paper and plastic DISGRACEFUL £££ DISABLED LADY WITH ALL HER SAVINGS WASTED (NOT PLEASE RECTIFY THIS SITUATION ASAP

Reported it over 2weeks ago and NOTHING BACK FROM THEM PEOPLE HAVE COMMENTED HOW CHEAP THEY LOOK AND THOUGHT THAT I HAD ONLY PAID ABOUT £50 ONE HAS FALLEN APART AND DOESN'T GO UP OR DOWN LOOSE STRING HANGING OFF THE BACK OF ALL 3 I SAVED UP FOR AGES TO GET THEM AND WILL DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE USING HILARY AGAIN!!

Made me sign for something i did not order

Hillarys gentleman attended my property and measured and made me sign on ipad, unknown to me was a legally binding contract for blinds. i have refused to pay and now threatening to sending in bailiffs.

You have not turned up to fit blinds as promised

My shutters were scheduled to be installed on 1st October, after a lengthy wait, I telephoned Hillary's I was told the missed appointment was due to the resignation of the fitter! Since then, I have phoned and emailed Hillary's for clarity.

A week on and I still do not have a fitting date-very disappointing!!

User's recommendation: When things go wrong, it shouldn’t be the customer who has to chase, surely another fitter could be allocated? reliance on one man is alarming- it is little wonder he resigned!

Paid when ordered. Blinds not made for due date

100 Trustpilot pages of 1 star reviews !!

Ordered and paid for Venetian blinds over two weeks ago. Advised fitter would contact me with a fitting date in two weeks when the blinds would be ready.

Heard nothing. Called Hillarys to progress this and told nothing has been done or made because the order was not passed to manufacturing and they don't have the parts. No idea when they may deign to put this right and told I will have to wait ...unbelievable !!! Don't take notice of the percentage of reviews this bunch of cowboys has over 100 pages of 1 star negative Trustpilot reviews.

However 100% score for their self proclaiming expertise and claims to market leadership in their phoney advertising. I quote "you're in safe hands with the experts" and "the fitting process will go like a dream". More like a bunch of cowboys in a nightmare. Look at the 100 pages of negative 1 star reviews before you go anywhere near these wasters.

Terrible communication, missed deliveries , product maufactured incorrectly

Contains 1 confidential file for company representatives

Salesperson promised 17th May delivery , as date approached no communication, no returned call , sales office the commited to June 7th , installer arrived to find product had been specified backwards and to the wrong size. Remake took a further 3 weeks.

Now 6 weeks late on a 3 week delivery.

Installer was excellent however.

Stuck blind

Blind stuck at top cannot get it to come down. Cant take blind down either to see whats happened.

Its a lounge window so everyone can see in! Unfortunately no help was given.

Store closed despite website saying otherwise

18 mile round trip and parking to visit the Harrogate Store only to find it closed. Worse, store has window display intact so as you drive past it looks open, but door is locked and peering beyond the window display it is clear the inside of the store has been emptied. The company's website page for this shop however says it is open every weekday- so thanks to that misinformation I've wasted my time and money.
